Curtis McElhinney

The Blue Jackets face the next 12-15 games with Curtis McElhinney as their No. 1 goaltender, and they are not the least bit concerned about this -- at least outwardly.
While many around the NHL, and perhaps a few conditioned fans in Columbus, see Sergei Bobrovsky's groin strain as the death knell to a team that has lived on choppy waters, the Blue Jackets have expressed nothing but full confidence in McElhinney, a 30-year-old journeyman who has been with the organization since the start of last season.
